Hi! My name is Jan Bildtgård. I have been a police officer since 1977 and I was working as a doghandler between 1991 to 2006 in Helsingborg PD, a town in the southern Sweden, in the county of Scania (Skåne). After more than 25 year as a patrolling police officer, the last 15 year as a doghandler, I decide to do something else. From 2007, I work as a police operator at the county communications central in Malmoe. I´ll still have my web site, K9 Sweden, about Swedish police dog´s, on the internet and I´ll try to keep it "up to date".   My last service dog was a German Shepherd. His name was Hagadahls Lennon.
